UK Orders
All items will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery.
International Orders
All international orders will be sent by first class airmail, any orders over £50 may require a signature on delivery.
Buyer is responsible for any import charges for items sent abroad.
Delivery Information
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. All prices are based from Royal Mail pricing guidelines.
Items will be sent out within 2-3 working days, or sooner.
Estimated delivery times once posted are: UK 2-3 days, Europe 5-10 days, rest of the world up to 14 days.
If you need your order in a hurry, guaranteed next day delivery is available on some items at an extra cost, please email us for details.
Please note: Undelivered items that are not collected from the post office within the time given on the card will be returned and you may be charged for postage for redelivery.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any purchased items, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure that you clearly state the order reference in your email.
We highly recommend that any returned items are sent in appropriate packaging. Ideally please use ‘signed for’ delivery and obtain proof of postage.
